Bob Evensen, Principal at RWE Consulting, LLC has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing operations in a variety of management and manufacturing engineering positions. Bob has led the process development and implementation for medical device, aerospace, scientific instrumentation and automotive products in startup, early stage and turnaround organizations.

As Director of Manufacturing and Advanced Manufacturing at TomoTherapy, Bob led the creation and implementation of the ISO13485 compliant manufacturing system for an image guided radiotherapy system. As Director of Advanced Manufacturing he was responsible for identifying and implementing new core competencies in the supply chain, including developing and integrating the manufacturing operations in Chengdu, China.

Prior to TomoTherapy, Bob led the manufacturing organizations at Borg-Indak, supplying high quality electronic components to the automotive industry. While taking a pivotal role in the improvement of employee participation, he led the implementation of new production technologies to meet the demanding quality and reliability requirements in safety and under the hood devices for Cadillac and SAAB.

At Lachat Instrumentation, Bob led an ISO quality system implementation and new supply chain system for the design and manufacturing of ION Chromatography instrumentation.

As Director of Manufacturing at Norland Corp, he helped develop the strategies for entering the EMS market, leading to the startup of Electronic Technologies, Inc where he led as cofounder and President.
